Job Profile: Sales Executive
Experience: Min 2-3 years
Qualification: Graduation
Joining: Immediate
Salary: As per Company Standard
Location: Noida

Logistics Sales Executive responsibilities/duties
  • Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts
  • Analyzing consumer needs and developing innovative solutions
  • Educating customers about our shipping solutions
  • Conducting research on customers that have a need for our services
  • Qualifying prospects for size, complexity, and overall fit for our company
  • Using Salesforce automation tools to track progress and report goals
  • Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.
  • Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes.
  • Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Negotiate contracts and rate agreements.
  • Support carrier reps with the coordination of transportation freight in a cost-effective manner.
  • Document issues with orders thoroughly.
  • Track/trace shipments when requested.
  • Update Customer for their shipments & follow payments of his own sales.
  • Educating customers about our shipping solutions
Logistics Sales Executive qualifications/skills
  • High school diploma/ (Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, or a related field preferred)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in logistics, sales, or a related field required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve
  • Knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
